- Proof of Unpacking: A clear video of unpacking the item at the time of delivery must be provided. This video serves as proof to verify the condition of the item upon receipt.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we will be unable to process your return.
Steps to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm the eligibility of your return and provide further instructions.
- Shipping the Item Back: Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After the inspection is complete:
- Approval or Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include but are not limited to:
